AppearIn AI is a website analysis tool that evaluates websites for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Agentic Engine Optimization (AEO). The Service crawls publicly accessible web pages, scores them across multiple criteria, and provides AI-generated recommendations for improvement.

• You may use certain features of the Service without an account. Signing in with Google enables additional features such as saving analysis history.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in specific outcomes, rankings, or improvements in AI visibility.
• Scores and recommendations are generated using automated analysis and AI models, and may not be 100% accurate.
• You are free to use the analysis results for your own purposes, including sharing them with others.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppearIn AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
